Ancestors and food have a strong connection throughout history. Our Ancestors relied on food for survival, and their knowledge and practices of food were passed down through generations. Today's foods often have cultural significance, reflecting our ancestral heritage and traditions.
This month, family recipes and traditional cooking methods that hold sentimental value enable us to connect with our ancestors and preserve their culinary legacy.
In honor of my ancestors, I've added a twist to the traditional dishes displayed this month. You might ask: where do these dishes come from? Come in and take a guess!
